We started in business in 1994, as a service only dealership. In order to become  a service only dealership, Evinrude and Mercury hold us to a higher level of service requirements. Which means we have all of the special tools. We go to factory training school every year. And we have a factory certified master technician  award  for: Mercury outboards, Mercruiser sterndrives and Evinrude outboards. We are a Premier dealer for mercury listed on their website which means our customer satisfaction index (CSI) is above 90% positive. Take a look at mercury's website for yourself and see how many premier dealers there are. last I checked  there were only  five premier dealers listed for a 100 mile radius of the 12303 zip code.
